- Take probiotics: Probiotics are live bacteria that are beneficial for gut health. Gut health is important for overall health, including skin health. Probiotics can be found in yogurt, kefir, and sauerkraut. You can also take probiotic supplements.
- Take vitamin C: Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage cells, including skin cells. Good sources of vitamin C include oranges, grapefruit, lemons, strawberries, and broccoli.
